Ethan is in his new school and loves it. What kindergartner do you know goes to school with the view of the ocean. After school we picked him up and the 6 of us, minus Steven because he had to work, went to play. We started with a very yummy fish and chip lunch (I know that you are jealous Papa Jack) (Thanks Becky) and then we walked the shops of downtown Morro Bay. We took the kids to see the Sea Lions that are injured and rescued. They had such a great time feeding them. I bet that you are wondering where those pictures are…so am I. They disappeared. We didn't find this out until we went to take a family picture and the camera wouldn't focus. UGH!!!
We decided to go to dinner at Jocko’s tonight which is in Nipomo. We piled in 2 cars, all the kids with us. I loved it!!! We were singing songs and of course because we are in California…sitting in traffic. I think that we were only in the car 2 minutes and the wrong boy fell asleep. It was so funny. After taking an hour to get there, we were told we couldn't get seated till 8:15. Well, that was not even an option with 3 little ones and it was only 6:30. So we got back in our cars and headed back to Grover Beach. If you have not been to AJ Spurs, you are missing out. It was the cross between a Northwoods Inn, Claim Jumper and the Mining Company. We all ate way too much.
