When I told Bryce that Daddy was bringing us lunch home today and it included rice for her, she went to the chair to watch for him. It was so cute to sit there and listen to her say "Dadda, Dadda, rice, Bryce". How fun to watch your little one sit there waiting for Daddy to bring her a special treat. I love these timeless moments.
I really can't even believe how the hours of this day flew by. We all enjoyed having a cozy day with a fire (all-day) and just being home. It was so wonderful to see the rain outside and enjoy a change in the weather. When the weather is like this it makes me want to do so many things. I was able to get Bryce's Elmo blanket made, as well as a pillow case. I then hand painted two lap trays for Bryce and Charlotte. There was so much more that I was able to accomplish today too and I fell that this was a great productive day.
Charlotte and Bryce are going to love these lap trays, or at least I hope they do.
