Getting Ready for Santa

I thought that it would be fun to start a wonderful tradition with Bryce. One of those traditions that you can carry on forever, even when she is older. One that we could both enjoy looking forward to. I also had that thought that maybe she is too young, but after the last few weeks of watching her make, make - I decided to try. Bryce did a wonderful job making cookies for Santa. She even had the perfect Princess pinkies when rolling out the dough. We had such a great time doing this together.
Tonight, we had a wonderful night at home. We were joined by Uncle Danny, Aunt Brandi, Grant, Morgan, Mackenzie and Grandma Midge. It was a wonderful night of kids running around and the adults enjoying seeing these long awaited moments. It was a perfect Christmas Eve. Alan made a wonderful Citrus glazed ham and we finished it with all the fixing. There were even pies made with love by Alan for dessert. Yummy!!!

Look Mommy, I put my headband on all by myself. Did I do it right? Looking so cute and waiting. Time to open presents. Grant enjoying his gifts The girls enjoying their gifts too Aunt Brandi helping me with my Elmo blanket. Oh, I love my Elmo blanket, its so cozy. Looks like we have 4 tired little ones.
It's time for bed, so I better get the cookies that I made out for Santa, oops... I spilled them.
Here is the milk for Santa, oops, I spilled some too. Well, Bryce is down for bed and its time to do our part with helping Santa out. Good Job, Alan. The kitchen is put together, and we are ready for Christmas morning. We can't wait! Today, Grandpa and Grandma Holbrook celebrate a wonderful Anniversary...70 years of Endless Love and a wonderful marriage. We love you both so very much.
