Ringing in the New Year ...

What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year, with little cousins running around everywhere. It was such a special treat to have so many little cousins and siblings all under the same roof, spending a wonderful evening together. Thanks for opening your home to all of us Baiseri Family.

Most of us, that were still at the Baiseri's gathered around the TV to watch the ball drop. As Dick Clark counted, 5,4,3,2...."Parental Controls". Yes, the TV went black, the Parental Controls came into action at midnight. We missed it, we didn't get to see that ball drop. You should have heard that laughter as James typed in the code to make the picture show again. It was the greatest laugh.
Let's get this party started, I just had my 3 hours nap. Charlie, it looks like you need one. Wake up! Cousins! Does someone want to play ball? Our little model, Charlie Of course there is always time for wrestling Grandma Ginny having a moment with Evan Dress up time... Charlotte, you look so beautiful.

It is so hard to believe that in just a few short days, I have been posting daily on this blog for a year. Where has the time gone? Is it really true that our little Bryce is going to turn "2". I have enjoyed sharing each day of our lives with you, and I thank you for being a special part of our lives too.

3 Little Chefs

There was not just one little chef in the kitchen this morning, but three. Bryce was joined by Charlotte and Evan, what a great treat. It was so fun to see these little cousins play together again. It has been several months since they have played together and they enjoyed each moment of this time together.
While I was taking these pictures this morning, we all decided that Bryce has had a growth spurt. Her little legs are getting so long.
I made my yummy spaghetti for dinner tonight and of course that meant noodles for Bryce. She was so funny to watch as she ate. She started with a bite on the fork, but then just used her hand to shovel them in. Grandma Midge thought that Bryce was so cute even with noodles dangling from her face, and so did I.

A Quiet Saturday

It really was a quiet Saturday, a time for our little family to just be...together, be us, be home. But I have that nudge pushing to get out of the house, tomorrow is a day for that. It was a wonderful day, there were moments filled with...
Trying to make cookies out of Alan's head.
It's not working Momma, should I beat the dough? LOL!!!
Then there were moments of trying to get an orange peeled all by herself.I've found the perfect knife in my kitchen.
Maybe I better try a different surface...
When all else fails, my teeth always work, why not?
There where also moments spent looking at the Christmas Tree of 2007, because it is coming down tomorrow.
There was time just looking cute.
Time trying to put my sleeper on by myself...
There was also time to love on Elmo as Bryce watched Elmo right before bed.
All in all, it was a wonderful quiet Saturday!!!

I did it!!!

I was so eager for Bryce to wake this morning. Last night when we got home, I wanted to pick her up and squeeze her. But I know that you let a sleeping baby sleep, so I did. Once this sleepy head was up I had to give her so many hugs and kisses. I missed her so much! But, I did it, I finally went out for more than an hour, try six.

There is something special in each Mother. I know in my Mom that she is such a GIVER. Last night she gave Alan and I a chance to be with friends and gave Bryce all the attention in the world. Thank you for taking such awesome care of our Bryce, Momma. I know that she loved having that great quality time with you and I knew she was in great hands.
We Love You!!!

It was so great seeing friends from so long ago. I was so happy that I could finally introduce to Alan all the people I have been talking about for years. I think that everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks Scott for putting this together, you are the MAN!

The Birthday Boys!
Happy Birthday Scott (Dec.24) and Happy Birthday Dub (Dec.27).
The Old Gang (missing a few). We missed those that couldn't make it.
It was a wonderful night for seeing old friends and making new ones. I sure hope we get to do something like this again very soon.
Its the Christmas that just keeps coming...Bryce loves it. She received 2 very special gifts from Wampa Ken and Wamma Cathy. One of the gifts was a 7 piece Princess dish set. There was no wasting time putting them to use, because Bryce wanted a snack right away. Thank you so much Wampa and Wamma. Speaking of Wampa and Wamma, they are on a little vacation right now and stayed at the Heathman's Lodge where we stayed earlier this month. Well, as Wampa checked in at the front desk, he said to the receptionist, "I am Bryce's Grandpa". Well Bryce must have really made an impression while we were there, because the receptionist said, "oh baby Bryce, we love her." Now that is funny!!!
Another fun gift that Bryce received was a little Garden set. She is going to love working in the yard with Alan and I. It was so funny trying to put her little fingers in the gloves. We kept getting 2 fingers stuck in one finger whole over and over. It was fun though.
Happy Birthday Finn!
We Love You!
