Other plans

Bryce had other plans today besides taking her nap (I pray that we are not outgrowing them already) when I put her down. Once I heard nothing in her room, I decided to take the chance to get my workout in. While I was working out the monitor was on, but I didn't hear anything but the fan in her room. But about 5 minutes after I was done with my 45 minute workout, I hear something and it was not a sleeping Bryce. I went into her room and this is what I found, my daughter wearing her pull-ups. Yes, one was on right, but she had put an extra one on around her waist (not sure how she did that) and then she proceeded to tear apart (Velcro sides) the rest of the 48 in the package. UGH!!! I couldn't help but to laugh, I am so bad. But then I snapped back into my mother role and took care of the situation.

It was time to try again for a nap I put her back down. With a little more time to get things done, I took the chance to take out the trash. As I was walking back from outside, something (motherly instinct) told me to look up at Bryce's window. Yes, you guessed it, there she stood with the biggest smile on her face. She was waiving and saying, "Hi Momma!" I think that I am in trouble, but with a smile on my face.
