Evening Stroll

Tonight was such a beautiful night so we decided to go take a little walk around the lake. These are some of the flowers that I planted because I miss my garden. They are doing so great, and so is my one special white rose bush!:) A Blue Herring (I think that is what it was) decided to visit the lake today.
This is Libby. She is the one of the original swans here at the lake. Unfortunately she was attacked by a coyote in May and was very injured. But do to some quick rescuers, a lot of care from the vet and rehab from great neighbors here (they cared for Libby on their porches and yards. Libby couldn't be at the lake for 2 months because of stitches and bandages that needed to be changed several times a day), she is once again back on the lake. We are so happy to see her swimming around and once again eating the bread that we throw to her.
Bryce enjoys seeing Libby so much, that when we are across the lake she starts screaming,"Libby, I'm coming to see you, Libby, here I come!" My precious little love, Bryce turns 2 1/2 next week. Where did all this time go?
Thanks for the daily smiles Bryce, you light up my life!
