We Love You...

It is almost midnight and almost another day but well, I just received a call that no one wants to get, but Grandpa Jack Churchill has gone home. He is with the Lord, he is seeing Grandma Miriam, and so many loved ones. Most important he is at Peace. May we all find peace in the days to come and find comfort in the Lord.

I am not a writer, but in this time words from the heart are all that matter. So here it goes...
Grandpa Jack~
You lived a wonderful fulfilled life, serving the Lord, being the leader, the teacher, the amazing inspiration to our family. You changed and touched so many lives, just by being the man of God that you are. Thank you for being who you are and for the many roles in our lives you have played. As we walk through these days ahead may we walk the path that makes you proud. May we make the choices that you would want. May we follow the path that you have walked and end up in Heaven next to you. We love you so very much and are blessed that you are who you are to this family, and all that you will always be. Thank you, Lord for opening up your arm and welcoming this amazing man. We are going to miss him.
We love you Churchill Family!

One of the most blessed days of my life, was the day that I could introduce,"Our Miracle" to Grandpa Jack. Bryce was only 9 days old when she met Great Grandpa Jack for the first time. A true blessed event.

Today is Andrea's 33rd birthday and Grandpa Jack went to Heaven, on my 8th birthday Grandma Miriam went to Heaven. I know that the Lord decides when he wants us to come home, but why does it have to be on a birthday?

Our hope in Jesus is what sustains us in times like these. When I think of your Grandpa Jack I realize that he was/is one of my heros. Truly, a faithful servant of our Lord.
