Teaching Grandma

The last of my roses for the season....how sad. But I am sure that these will be with me all week long bringing me some happiness. Alan took Grandma Midge to buy her first computer yesterday, and this evening he taught her a few things about it. Bryce loved hearing the fun sounds of this computer.
Grandma Midge, you did it!!!
That one Grandma, right there. It is rather funny how young children pick up computers more quickly than us old folks. LOL!!!
After teaching Grandma about her computer, Bryce decided that it was time to raid Grandma's purse for pennies for the piggy. Funny little girl!!!
Taking time to smell the roses on the piggy.
*** Update on Grandpa Jack...Last night I was given a wonderful gift, I called Aunt Marghy and she was with Grandpa. She then asked if I wanted to talk to him, of course there was no way that I would pass up that opportunity. The phone was then placed to Grandpa's ear and I told him everything that was in my heart, all that I wanted him to know and of course making sure that he knew that I loved him. That was a huge moment, specially when I heard him make a sound to me, I knew that he could not speak, but just that little acknowledgement meant so much to me when I spoke. I knew he knew who I was. Thank you Aunt Marghy for that special gift.
The Doctors are very surprised that he has made it through these last few nights, he has slipped a little more, but is still hanging in there. He defiantly has a deal with God, and I think that he is waiting for Daddy (Wampa Ken) to get here. They will be here tomorrow. Please say your prayers for all the Churchill's. Also, say your prayers for all the Holbrook's too. We never know when one of these crazy kids is going to leave us for a much better place.
