Waiting, waiting and more waiting. Why is it that when you make an appointment to have something fixed at your home you are always left just waiting and waiting? It never fails that you are given a time frame that the person will arrive and they always show at the far end of the time frame. What a waisted day...I feel that I didn't even get to really accomplish anything today. I needed to get back out to the rock garden,(I pulled all the rocks out and placed a weed screen down and now I am placing the rocks back down, which will now include a fountain. I am so sunburned. But I love it.) but couldn't because I needed to listen for the door for the repair man. So I did all that I could do inside while Bryce slept except for the laundry that needed to be done. Last Thursday, I started a load of laundry and then later went to put it in the dryer. To my surprise, as I tried to open the lid to place the clothes in the dryer, the door was locked. There is a safety feature on the washer that locks itself while it is washing. But for some reason the washer looked finished but was locked. I tried everything, but the year old washer was dead. So we called the store because we had a warranty and the first appointment was today. Let me tell you that the laundry in the washer was half filled with water and stunk. Then the bad news came....you need a new circuit board and it will take 7-10 days. UGH!!! So, momma is going to the laundry mat tomorrow. "The good ole' days" LOL!!!
Can you tell that I just got up from a good nap, just look at my crazy hair.
