"60" more to come...

Today, we celebrated Grandma Ginny's 60th birthday. She knew that a party was going to happen, but didn't know who the guest were. It was going to be a great treat and it was .The guest started to arrive and the first ones there were Keaton and Lawson Brown, of course with their Mommy and Daddy (Kellie and Greg). It seems that it is always feeding time...
Aunt Becky getting her fix (this was the first time that she met the boys)
Little Mr. Even getting ready to race.
What do you want to drink cousin?
Papa Jack enjoying some precious moments with Keaton.
Picture this...little ones running everywhere, adults jumping up and down like idiots, Grandparent and guest getting a really good laugh. Well, that pretty much describes us trying to take a picture of the grand kids tonight. They all had their own itineraries. We try and that is all that we can ask for.
Who's idea was this?
The four Churchill Kids!
Keaton enjoying freedom in the yard
Lawson deciding that Grandma Ginny's shoulder was the perfect little treat. Suck suck, taste like chicken, I think.
Little Charlie, what is she up too?
Audra getting her practice and fix filled
Mike getting his practice and fix filled too.
Sweet sleeping Lawson in Aunt Siya's arms.
Sweet sleeping Keaton in Aunt Audra's arms.
How many people does it take to lite 60 candles?...too many!
Happy "Mother Load" Birthday Grandma! Can she do it?
Bryce and I taking a turn loving and feeding.
Uncle Norman, Mom, Aunt Cindy and Uncle Mark
Bryce and Charlie wrestling. Look at the color difference in their legs, so funny!
We are sorry that we couldn't invite everyone, we needed to keep it small. We all know that you love Mom in your own special way and that is what matters most. Thanks for being such a great family and for loving each and everyone of us.

The fun continues...

While Bryce took her nap today, I spent some time at the Baiseri house doing some wonderful things. When it was time for me to head back to the Carter Cottage, I asked to take Charlie with me. What a great idea that was! When Charlie and I arrived, Bryce met us at the door with the most amazing welcome. She screamed,"Charlie, charlie, come in, come in". It was so great to see that they both were so excited for this special time together.
They enjoyed dinner with the adults on the deck... ...then it was story time on Papa Jacks Lap...
...then it was time for a little Play Doh fun...
Thanks for letting us have Charlotte. We love watching the girls play together. It is so beyond fun.

Sweet Nightie

The nights have been so HOT lately! I have always been the mother that has dressed Bryce in way to many clothes at night, her entire life. I am always afraid that she will awake and be cold. You have to remember that we can just pull the covers on ourselves when we get a chill, but little ones don't think that way. They wake up crying and cold, and would never even think about pulling their sweet, favorite, brings them comfort, security in the night, probably needs to be wash but they won't part with it blanket.
Well after too many sweaty nights and Bryce waking because she was too hot, it was time to break that habit. In just a few short moments and with an wonderful sewing machine, Grandma Ginny whipped this adorable little nightie out for Bryce. She is so much cooler and happy to have her first "real girlie nightie." Thanks for making this sweet little nightie for Bryce Mom. She looks so cute in it and I know that she is much happier.

Smiles and Laughter

"Mom, it is a beautiful day for us to take Charlie to the park!" I love that so much when she begins a sentence (yes, little miss jabber jaws) with that phrase. I then replied to Bryce that we need to get a few things done and then we would be off to Charlie's house. That is when the smiles and laughter began and they didn't stop till she went to bed tonight.
Bryce was so filled with joy as she saw Charlie and all of the Baiseri Family today. We have not been able to make our schedules work to spend time together till today. Thanks for letting us have so much fun with you guys today.
Hope that you enjoy spending time with the girls in the pool through these pictures.:)

There she goes...

This morning when Bryce awoke, I went in her room and she said "it's a beautiful day", "it's a beautiful day for you to hold me." That is the greatest way to start the morning, even if it was several hours after I had been up (Alan left for work at 5:30), I so melted at those words.
I decided to take Bryce to the park early this morning for some great run around time, of course Carleigh had to go too. Everywhere that Bryce ventured to on the playground, Carleigh was in tow. Then all of the sudden, Bryce decided that Carleigh needed to go first and down she went. Over and over again. It was so much fun sharing this time with Bryce, just her and I (oh and Carleigh).
