For so many years, even before I was a Mother, I hosted a Mother's Day party. I loved hosting this, giving gifts to the Mom's and future Mom's to be. I enjoyed celebrating them, and how they touched all our lives. I was so sad not to be able to do it this year. No matter, I think that everyone understood and I think that it was a wonderful blessed day for all. We will have the return of the Mother's day party next year in our new home. This year was a quiet one, but perfect.
I still can't believe that I am the Mother of the most perfect, little sweet angel ever.
It was 2 years ago, when I received this beautiful pure white rose bush from Dad and Cat on my First Mother's day. I have so enjoyed it over these last few years with all the beautiful roses that it produces. Well, how can I even begin to think about leaving it, I know, but still how could I? Well, I won't be leaving it. I am going to dig it up and try to save it this week before we move. I want it to be with us forever, or as long as it lives. I really don't think that the new home owners will notice with the other 34+ rose bushes.
