Carpet Picnic

After sleeping in, Bryce enjoyed a "carpet picnic" this morning provided by Wamma Cathy. There was some wonderful fruit to eat and some new ones to try. Thank you Wamma!!!
Are you thirsty Baby, I have a drink for you.
Alan and Bryce had a wonderful time placing the peanuts in just the right spots this morning.
There Daddy, There!!!
I am so tired, but where shall I put this peanut?
See my peanut, Mommy?
Oh, Should I have eaten it or should I have given it to a bird?
Do you have more Daddy?
Thanks to Wampa for leaving his truck again today, we spent the day looking for gifts for our adopted family from Wampa and Wamma's church. We feel so blessed that we can make this holiday season, be a better one for a family that needs a special touch.
After running into Wamma at that market this afternoon, it was back to the house for a good nap. It was a great nap, and a much needed one.
We thought that Bryce would love to have some bath paints, so why not try. They were not what we thought that they would be, but Bryce did have fun.
I can give myself a bath... I am getting so big.

Rain, Rain go away!!!

When a child wakes at 5:30 and you get them to go back to sleep at 7:00 what does that equal...a family that sleeps till 8:00. Well, just part of the family. Alan and I slept in till 8:00 after an early morning wake up. Then, Alan and I enjoyed coffee together, just us for the first time since we don't know when. Bryce was a sleepy head and sleep till 9:00 this morning.
We had a day of little adventures. Wampa left us his truck today and we decided to go venture. But we also wanted to make sure that there was time for naps for Bryce. It is so funny, how some babies need naps and some don't. We have a definite nap baby.
We had a wonderful family day and Bryce was able to have a great afternoon nap. YEAH!!
Rain Rain go away....maybe tomorrow even after a dust of snow. So fun!
Part of Wamma's garden, so pretty.

In need of sleep

Our little one is defiantly in need of some catch up naps. We have tried, but that has not happened. Bryce did have a 45 minute nap before church this morning, which was a true blessing. We loved attending Wampa and Wamma's church today. So many friendly people there, who were eager to meet Bryce.
After church is was off to a yummy lunch and an afternoon of shopping. We went to North Bend, what a beautiful place that was, and cold. We found so many fun little treasures for Bryce to wear through the winter and beyond. With all the running around the need of sleep has caught up with Bryce. When we arrived home tonight, she wanted to lay every where. We did everything, including dinner, bath time, hide and seek just to keep her up till 7:30 tonight. It was very funny to watch Bryce make everyone lay on the floor with her. Even Wampa and Daddy did there part and laid with Bryce on the floor as the girls made dinner.
All in all it was another wonderful day and Bryce did finally get to go to bed...Yeah!!!
Can't I please go to bed, I am so tired.
Nighty night Mommy, please.

Where is my dinner?
Come on, put it right there.
Fun bath time.
I love all these toys
Hide and seek in the pantry...

Another Busy Day!!!

It was another busy day here in Tacoma. We got a late start to the day, but it was wonderful. I enjoyed a wonderful walk in the rain, something that I am going to have to get used to. But it was wonderful, the fresh air, the beautiful scenery around me and music playing in my ears.
We then set off for a day of adventure and looking at some housing in the surrounding area's. Bryce was such a trooper getting in and out of the car. Thank you, sweet girl.
When we arrived back at Wampa and Wamma's house, Wampa and Daddy had a big job to do. Wamma wanted her new chandelier hung and the boys were happy to take care of that. Bryce, her dolly and I enjoyed watching them do this.
There are never enough hours to get play time in, but Wamma and Bryce make sure they make the most of it. Wamma bought a wonderful new toy, it is like the Maidenform's from the old days. It is such a wonderful, creative toy. The doll is wooden and all of the clothes are magnetized to stay on her. You get to try clothes on and change the doll over and over again. So much fun for an active little girl.

My Dolly and Me!!!
Don't drop it Daddy
Wampa and Daddy are doing a good job, but I need a snack to watch this.
Wampa, this is a mess!
I know that I left my dolly in her somewhere. Where is she?
There, there she is...
Dressing the doll...what should she wear?
Isn't she cute?
Did you see her Wamma?

A Lifetime More...

With and Endless Love, We share our thoughts…Our dreams…Ourselves….Together with our family and friends....

It is so hard to even believe, 11 years ago today, that is what our wedding invitations read and Alan and I were married. Alan and I are so amazed that it has been that long.

It has been a wonderful day! We went shopping at a few of our favorite stores, had a wonderful lunch and even drove around to look at a few housing areas. I also received several calls from a realtor who wanted to show our home and then called back to say that the client loved it. All great news!!!

When we arrived back to Wampa and Wamma’s house there was a package for me. It was 2 dozen beautiful roses from Alan. Thank you Bubba!!! Bryce had such a great time playing in the box and popping out. Funny little girl. Alan and I are going on our first date in 10 months tonight to a yummy restaurant that is on the water. We are so excited! Thank you Wampa and Wamma for offering to Brycie-sit.
