Daddy's Shoes

I think that one of my favorite sights is to see Bryce try to put our shoes on. Her little feet being placed on the shoe and trying to maneuver to get them on, then trying to move in them-priceless!!!

Yesterday she brought Alan his thongs and dropped them in front of the couch. She then began pulling on his dangling foot and was trying to pull it to the thong on the floor. Alan had a great laugh about that because it was his foot being pulled. Most children I think would put the shoe to the foot, not the foot to the shoe. No matter, it all has the same out come and is so cute to watch.

What goes on in those little heads is amazing.

In Bloom

Wild Poppies have decided to pop up in our yard here and there. What a great little treat that is. I love how nature works. Bryce loved smelling them, I don't know if they have a fragrance. Maybe I should be taking a lesson from my daughter and smell them.

Thankfully the battles have ended and someone likes to be in her chair again.

Look what Alan found hiding.

They may be green, but they are still tomatoes and they are in my yard. YEAH!!! I can't wait till they are red and juicy so that I can share them.

My Easter Lilies have finally bloomed. A little late!!!

I think that they were tired or on strike. LOL

The Day Lilies are blooming all over the yard too, I love seeing it so colorful.

The Battle

Someone has decided to make meal time a battle today. I never thought that I would see this out of Bryce, but I did. I know that it is normal, but WHY??? Oh yes, I know that is coming next, WHY? WHY? WHY?

It has been a VERY long day. I pray I feel better soon so that I can face these kind of days better.

Warn out

Someone is very warn out from all the partying that she did this weekend. So today and probably tomorrow she will be catching up on her beauty sleep.

Brunch

This morning we all went to a wonderful brunch. This weekend was full of wonderful events and this is the finale'. Thank you so much Michael and Sonja for everything. You went above and beyond. We love you so much!!!

It was so great to see Oma again. It has been too many years since our last visit. She is Sonja's Mom and always made us feel like one of her "girls" too. We love you, Oma!!!

The Big Event

We're off to the wedding, and we are so excited. Poor Bryce was not all the way awake and I was making her take a picture. You think that she would me used to it.

Crazy Austin!!! Bryce ran, danced, and partied hard. It is 11:00 and she is done. She feel asleep in my arms and stayed asleep there while Daddy and I had a dance together. It was so precious.

On the road again

We are in Turlock to celebrate the wedding of Bryan and Britta. It is going to be such a joyous event and we are so excited to be apart of this special weekend long event.
